• Birth package includes:

• Free 30min. consultation

• Prenatal visits every 4 weeks from 12-28 weeks, every 2 weeks from 28-36 weeks, then weekly from 36 weeks until birth

• At least one prenatal home visit

• Ordering all labs, ultrasounds, and medications as needed (cost of such not included in global fee)

• Pregnancy wellness package: one free session of chiropractic, acupuncture, and massage included; and free copy of Lily Nichols' book "Real Food for Pregnancy"

• Early ultrasound if desired

• Early genetic testing and fetal sex confirmation if desired

• Referrals to support services such as doulas, lactation consultant, chiropractor, massage therapist, acupuncturist, childbirth education, counseling, physical therapy

• Discount for childbirth education with Flagstaff Doulas

• Referrals to OB or Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists as needed

• Connecting with one midwife for all your prenatal care, labor and birth, and postpartum

• All birth assistants are RNs

• Postpartum care includes 2 home visits in first week

• Quick response on lab results and for any questions or concerns

• 24hr access directly to midwife for labor and URGENT health concerns

• Global fee for Homebirth package: $7250
